What makes a good photo?
Anthony LaSala says:

This photo (first image - Laura and Brady in the Shadow of Our House, 1994) has remained in my mind since I first witnessed it and it never fails to make me smile.”
According to LaSala, it is a photo’s impact and resonance that makes it a good one. Teenage Couple by Diane Arbus is a shot that I have not forgotten after first viewing. This photo is memorable to me because of the relationship that is established between the two children. The black and white color also contributes to how it resonates in my mind. This image has stuck with me, which is an indicator that it is a well done shot.
